Behind the Scenes provides students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and the chance to explore various areas of arts administration. Selected students will participate in art administration workshops led by industry experts in Hong Kong and from the USA, exploring practical topics such as such as artist hospitality and logistics, front-of-house and backstage management, as well as artist profile preparation and presentation Opportunities for on-site training and participation in production meeting will be available for students throughout the festival period and Musicus Heritage Community Concerts. Students will be assigned to specific operational tasks and duties. Graduates who meet the appropriate criteria might be invited to join a Musicus overseas performance tour for further training.
